• To provide fair services to the public at the highest level reached by the industry, in a widespread and integrated structure, under suitable economic conditions, and to spread the awareness that the fairs belong not to the organizing company, but to the sector itself.
• To support academic studies and scientific research in the sector we organize the fair in, and to contribute to the development of new knowledge and practices in every aspect related to the sector.
